Job Summary
Perform reassessments and update patient care plans based on response. Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate. Work 36 hours per week in 13-hour shifts starting ASAP for a 13-week contract. This assignment includes guaranteed pay, premium overtime, and weekly payments.
