Travel Physical Therapist contract in Independence, MO for 13 weeks. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations; support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices; evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs; communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
