Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract in Allen, TX. Responsibilities include educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs; documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record; evaluating functional status and developing treatment plans aligned with clinician goals and patient needs; providing equipment use education as relevant to therapy safety. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
