Travel Physical Therapist, Inpatient/Outpatient Rehabilitation - $3,206 per week

Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract in Lamar, CO, covering both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Responsibilities include evaluation, consultation, and treatment of patients across multiple care settings, progressing patients toward their prior level of function per the Plan of Care, maintaining progress notes and daily reports, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), staff, volunteers, and students. Schedule is 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekend coverage for inpatient/swing bed evaluations. Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patients. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Colorado PT license and at least 2 years of experience; manual dexterity required for hands-on treatment; ability to lift 20 lbs or more; good visual and hearing acuity. Posted pay package is based on 40 hours/week with a tax-free stipend to be determined; travel assignment environment described as fast-paced with potential extended hours based on patient needs.
