Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for Home Health in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive PT assessments, establishing and administering individualized treatment plans, delivering skilled therapies per physician orders, documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to meet rehabilitation goals. Requires a Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, accreditation, 1+ year experience, active/state licensure, CPR, and valid transportation. Travel role with 40 hours/week, 8-hour days, in a contract assignment through MedPro Healthcare Staffing. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passage
- Graduated from an accredited school
- Minimum one year experience
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
