Job Summary
Travel PTA to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Aledo, IL. Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active. 40 hours per week on days, for a 13-week assignment with potential continuation. Requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy and an active IL PTA license; BLS may be required. Prior geriatric/post-acute care experience and ability to follow established care plans within an interdisciplinary team are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
