Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist sought for an acute care hospital in Lubbock, TX. 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, days shift (8:00–17:00), 5x8s, with 1:1 patient ratio. No on-call, weekend, or block scheduling requirements. Travelers may float between facilities within the state. Requires at least 1 year of acute care PT experience, active PT license, BLS, and Epic EMR experience; Level II Trauma Center setting; travel pay package and housing stipends offered. SSN and DOB required for consideration. Former staff may not reside within 50 miles. Minimal RTO requested; small amount of travel between facilities within the state may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Active PT license (PT license required)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care PT experience
- Current BLS certification
- Epic EMR experience
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- 1 year of employment within last 3 years with 2 supervisory references
