Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation, provide direct patient care, develop and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity, document patient conditions, and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods. Responsibilities include developing a plan of care, delivering skilled PT services per physician orders, evaluating and modifying care to meet therapy goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and NPTE
