Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for 13-week assignment in Victorville, CA. Provide evaluation and treatment of patients per physician orders, develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility, maintain timely clinical documentation, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home care programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and licensure standards. 40 hours per week, days shift, on-site at healthcare facilities, with travel between assignments and a pay package that reflects 8-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid license as a Physical Therapist in California
- DPT or MPT degree
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to travel
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)
