Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in Fairmont, WV. 13-week engagement, 40 hours per week, days shift. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, providing skilled PT services, monitoring progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting care in compliance with clinical standards. Qualifications include Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and active state license (pending considered). New graduates welcome. Travel and local contracts available; housing stipend, relocation assistance, license reimbursement, and CEU allowance offered.
