Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist to assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Requires graduate of Physical Therapy, state licensure, and at least one year of outpatient experience along with current BLS. Travel 13-week assignment with a 40-hour workweek; duties include developing and implementing rehab programs to support patient mobility and functional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
- One or more year(s) of Outpatient experience.
- Current BLS certification.
