Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a Long-term Acute Care setting for 13 weeks in Meeker, Colorado. Deliver care during 8-hour day shifts, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage for ortho surgery cases. Maintain a permanent address at least 65 miles from the facility and hold a valid Colorado license. Complete 2 years of experience and BLS certification. Utilize Meditech EMR. Housing options are available upon request.
