Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Portales, NM. Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments; develops personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals; implements PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain; collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care; educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management; maintains safe treatment environment and adheres to infection control standards; engages in quality assurance and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
