Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Hazel Crest, IL. Provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based rehabilitation plans. 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, in hospital/clinic/rehabilitation settings within a multidisciplinary team. Requires valid PT license and BLS; Doctorate degree preferred; new grads welcome. Travel-focused role with competitive benefits and licensure/CEU reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Physical Therapy experience (New Grads welcome to apply)
- Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy
