Job Summary
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist needed to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and provide in-home therapeutic services across the Harrison, AR service area. The role requires an Arkansas PT license, CPR certification, and experience with Home Health and OASIS. Assignment spans 13 weeks with 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts), travel within the service area, mileage reimbursement, and 100% paid housing. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, coordinating with physicians, nursing, and caregivers, documenting progress, and supervising PTAs as allowed. Requires ongoing licensure maintenance and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Arkansas State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- Home Health and OASIS experience required
- CPR certification required
- Must be able to complete patient evaluations, develop PT plans of care, and document progress per state and agency policy
- Ability to visit patients across the agency service area and nearby agencies as needed
- Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
- Schedule flexibility required to participate in weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as needed
