Travel Physical Therapist - $2,366 per week

Travel Physical Therapist position in Chico, CA for a 13-week assignment. The PT evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develops personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals, implementing treatment plans with exercise and manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management, and documents evaluations and outcomes. Maintains a safe treatment environment, adheres to infection control and regulatory standards, and participates in discharge planning to support continued patient progress in community or facility settings. Requirements include a valid PT license and current BLS certification; Doctorate degree preferred.
