Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) requested to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in hospital/clinic/rehabilitation settings, provide personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using exercise and manual therapy; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists; educate patients on home exercise programs; document evaluations and outcomes; maintain safety and infection control; participate in discharge planning and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
