Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Hollidaysburg, PA. Role involves delivering skilled physical therapy services to geriatric residents, evaluating and developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and documenting progress. Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, shift 08:30-16:30, Monday–Friday. Travel assignment includes 100% paid housing for eligible travelers and travel plus license reimbursement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident mobility, safety, and functional independence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania state physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in continuing care, assisted living, or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement rehabilitation plans for geriatric populations preferred
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred
