Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Page, AZ, hospital setting. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree).
- Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Arizona required prior to start.
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross acceptable).
- Demonstrated clinical competency and experience providing PT evaluation, plan of care development, and skilled interventions across the lifespan.
