Job Summary
Assess physical abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy, exercise, and education to help residents regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life. Work a 5x8 day shift schedule covering 40 hours per week in a Long-term Acute Care setting in North Easton, Massachusetts. You must hold a valid Massachusetts PT license and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. This 13-week assignment supports patients through personalized care plans designed to enhance functional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid Massachusetts PT license
- 1 year experience
- PT-MA
- BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- 1 Reference in the last 24 months
