Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist providing PT services to improve mobility and function. Assess patients' mobility, strength and function; develop treatment plans; maintain records; provide patient education. Travel assignment in outpatient facilities, rehabilitation centers, private practices, or physical therapy offices for 26 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days.
