Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Tucson, AZ. The PT evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Requires valid PT license and BLS; Doctorate preferred. Travel within hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers. Responsibilities include developing personalized rehabilitation programs, implementing treatment plans, documenting evaluations and outcomes, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other professionals, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and body mechanics, maintaining infection control and safety standards, participating in discharge planning, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and patient-care skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
