Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) needed for a 13-week assignment in Surprise, Arizona. Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation settings. Develops personalized rehabilitation programs, implements PT treatments, documents evaluations and outcomes, collaborates with physicians and care teams, Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management, maintains infection control and safety, and participates in discharge planning. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with a start ASAP and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
