Travel Physical Therapist - $1,874 per week

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to perform evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with physical impairments in Roseburg, OR on a 13-week travel assignment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation plans, utilizing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, documenting evaluations and outcomes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients/caregivers on home programs, and ensuring safe, compliant care with infection control standards.
