Travel Physical Therapist - $1,857 per week

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, SC. Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs, implement treatment plans using exercises and manual therapy, and document outcomes in the medical record. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care. Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. 40 hours per week with shift 8 hours/day in a hospital/clinic/rehabilitation setting.
