Travel Physical Therapist - $1,857 per week

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Sugar Hill, GA. Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Works in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, developing personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs using exercise and manual therapy to help patients recover and become independent. Requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, safe patient care. Essential duties include evaluating patients with standardized tests and history, developing and implementing treatment plans, operating PT equipment, documenting evaluations and outcomes, collaborating with physicians and other professionals, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and supporting discharge planning and ongoing care.
