Job Summary
Travel Respiratory Care Practitioner for Oklahoma City facility; provide prescribed respiratory therapies, document treatments and patient responses, act as a resource to medical staff, perform invasive and noninvasive diagnostic testing and monitoring, deliver age-appropriate patient care, ensure respiratory equipment is cleaned and maintained, maintain respiratory therapy records, and participate in the quick response team for cardiac and respiratory arrests. Must hold Oklahoma-licensed respiratory care credentials, be NBRC-registered, and maintain BLS with ACLS within 3 months of hire. 12-hour night shifts, 48 hours per week, travel assignment with housing options and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved Respiratory Care Program
- Licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association) within 3 months of hire
