Job Summary
Travel PICU RN is needed for a 13-week assignment in a hospital in Charlotte, NC. Requires PICU and pediatric CVICU skills with BCLS and PALS certifications (ACLS desired). Must have a minimum of two years' experience in a Level I trauma center and be capable of caring for pediatric patients on mechanical ventilation and receiving inotropic drips. Experience with arterial/central lines, ECMO, chest tubes, and other critical pediatric care procedures is expected. Shifts are 12 hours, 7a-7p, 36 hours per week. Housing and benefits provided, with travel and per diem allowances; licensure and certification reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- PALS
- BCLS
- two years experience in a Level I trauma center
- PICU and peds critical care skills
- mechanically ventilated pediatric patient care
