Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive emergency care for pediatric patients in a fast-paced clinical setting, including assessing health, administering treatments, and operating emergency equipment. Respond promptly to emergencies such as respiratory distress, trauma, or cardiac arrest while performing vital sign assessments and documenting outcomes accurately. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and families to develop care plans and explain procedures in an age-appropriate manner. Ensure patient comfort and safety by adhering to infection control guidelines and hospital protocols. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Pediatric ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
