Travel PCU Stepdown RN

Travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Englewood, CO providing care to telemetry patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown units. Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms and telemetry data, administering prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care, preparing equipment for cardiac-related procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, documenting nursing assessments, initiating patient education on cardiac health and risk factors, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to hospital safety and infection control policies. Requires 1 year ofStepdown telemetry experience, RN license, BLS and ACLS. PCCN and NIHSS certifications preferred. Strong critical thinking, English communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with physical ability to perform duties and work in a travel assignment environment.
