Job Summary
Travel PCU Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Virginia Beach, VA. Provide stepdown/telemetry care to patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical/general inpatient units, with focus on cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and collaborative multidisciplinary care. Essential duties include interpreting telemetry, administering prescribed therapies, preparing equipment for cardiac procedures, documenting patient status, providing patient education on cardiac health, and adhering to safety/infection-control standards. Requires one year of Stepdown experience and active RN license plus BLS/ACLS; PCCN/NIHSS certifications preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
