Job Summary
Travel Stepdown RN for an 8-week travel assignment in Anniston, AL. Provide care to telemetry patients transitioning from higher acuity units, monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with cardiac-related procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Must have an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Essential duties include continuous telemetry monitoring, documentation of patient status, patient education on cardiac health and risk factors, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and displacement of duties as assigned within scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
