Travel PCU Stepdown RN

Travel 13-week Stepdown RN position in Concord, NH. Provides care to telemetry patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical or general inpatient units, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing equipment for procedures, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Requires one year of Stepdown RN experience, a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS. Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications. Responsibilities include monitoring telemetry data, responding to cardiac emergencies, documenting nursing assessments, patient education on cardiac health and risk factors, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
