Job Summary
13-week travel Stepdown RN assignment in Mattoon, IL. Responsibilities include monitoring telemetry and cardiac rhythms, administering prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care, preparing equipment and assisting physicians during cardiac-related procedures, ensuring comfort and safety of telemetry patients, documenting nursing history and assessments, initiating patient education focusing on cardiac health, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Requires 1 year of Stepdown experience, RN license, BLS, and ACLS. PCCN and NIHSS certifications are preferred. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated clinical support are available.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
