Job Summary
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, prepare equipment for cardiac procedures, and maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety. Observe patients, record conditions, and notify supervisors of cardiac status changes while responding to life-saving situations based on established protocols. Document nursing assessments, initiate education plans focusing on cardiac health, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols. Requires one year of recent Stepdown RN experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and valid RN license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
