Job Summary
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, prepare equipment for cardiac procedures, and document nursing assessments for assigned telemetry patients. Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining patient confidentiality. This 13-week travel assignment is located in San Tan Valley, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
