Travel Paraprofessional

Provide life-changing care for students while traveling the country or working close to home. Aya Education handles all logistics, including negotiating compensation up to $20/hr, providing paid company housing or a housing stipend, and offering premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance starting day one. Contracts typically run 40 hours per week with workdays ending mid-late afternoon and weekends off, accompanied by paid sick leave and a 401k match. State credentials and/or DoE credentials are required. Qualified candidates may extend their contract, convert to a permanent employee, or find a new job post-assignment.
