Job Summary
PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Southlake, TX. Responsible for assessing patients recovering from anesthesia, monitoring vital signs and recovery, administering prescribed post-anesthesia medications, documenting care, developing discharge instructions, and coordinating with the surgical team to ensure safe transitions between OR, PACU, and post-PACU units. Requires one year of PACU experience, an active RN license, and BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or ENPC are preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a PACU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
