Job Summary
PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lebanon, NH. Responsible for assessing post-anesthesia recovery, implementing care plans, administering medications, coordinating with the surgical team, and facilitating safe discharge or transfer. Essential duties include monitoring vitals and consciousness, documenting patient status, responding to emergencies, delivering patient and family education, operating PACU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps), and collaborating with care teams to ensure continuity of post-operative care.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a PACU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
