Job Summary
PACU RN for a 27-week travel assignment providing post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery. Responsibilities include assessing recovery, administering prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, coordinating care with the surgical team, and managing discharge or transfer instructions. Must read, write, and communicate in English; demonstrate critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills. Required qualifications include one year of PACU RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications; preferred PALS or ENPC. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a PACU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
