Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist needed in Warwick, NY for a 13-week assignment; provide outpatient SLP services to adults with dysphagia and voice disorders, including evaluation and treatment, with documentation of patient progress. Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY completion and CCC from ASHA, active NY license, and BLS certification if required. Familiarity with telepractice platforms preferred. Work 40 hours per week in outpatient setting; travel contract with full benefits and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active New York state license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
