Job Summary
Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments in an outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine clinic under the supervision of a Physical Therapist; implement individualized treatment plans; provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery; monitor patient response and report progress; assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate; document treatments and patient progress; educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active (or pending) state PTA license
- New Grad PTAs welcome
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
