Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant in Lillington, NC. Provide outpatient orthopedic care under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinic serving a diverse caseload. Work with PTs and therapy technicians in a small team; duties include moving patients toward better function, potentially using vertigo management and dry needling where applicable. 13-week travel assignment, 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, with weekly pay and potential travel/license reimbursement. Location is rural between Raleigh and Fayetteville, with housing assistance options may be available. Begin 06/08/2026. Open to new graduates; outpatient experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active North Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Experience with vertigo treatment and dry needling is a strong plus
- Ability to collaborate with PTs and therapy technicians in a small team environment
