Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,676 per week

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy interventions for outpatient patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions. Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies while documenting care in an electronic medical record system. Coordinate with referring physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Treat diverse diagnoses including post-operative orthopedic cases, sports injuries, and chronic joint conditions during daytime shifts.
