Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract in a hospital-based outpatient rehab unit in South Carolina. Day shift schedule is 8:00am–4:30pm, 40 hours per week, with no on-call or weekend requirements; there is potential for floating within scope to meet facility needs. Responsibilities include outpatient outpatient therapy duties with Epic charting; licensure requirements include SC PT license or Multi-State Compact; BLS certification required; references from a supervisor within the past 2 years; first-time travelers with outpatient experience encouraged. Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; hurricane-season assignments may occur. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with details subject to confirmation.
Required Qualifications
- Active SC Physical Therapist license or Multi-State Compact PT license required at start of contract
- Current BLS certification required (AHA accepted)
- SSN and Driver's License required for consideration
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Outpatient setting experience is preferred
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
