Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
- Active Georgia PT license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 professional reference dated within the past year
- Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required
- First-time travelers will not be considered
