Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve patient outcomes in an outpatient clinic setting. Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress. Required Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Physical Therapist, Outpatient License
- OP experience
