Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist role in Kenosha, WI. Assess patient abilities, design and implement outpatient lymphedema therapy care plans, and provide comprehensive lymphedema treatment as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in a travel 26-week assignment. Requires PT or OT with 1 year of outpatient experience and a valid PT/OT license with BLS-AHA certification; CLT certification preferred. 40 hours per week, days shift, in an outpatient setting. Pay rate in the 2320-2391 per week range.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist, Outpatient – 1 year experience
- PT (Compact Accepted) or Occupational Therapist, Outpatient – 1 year experience
- Certifications: BLS-AHA
Desired Qualifications
- CLT certification
