Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,237 per week

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients recovering from medical hospitalizations, surgeries, and acute or subacute conditions. Manage a diverse outpatient caseload involving orthopedic injuries, sports-related rehabilitation, chronic pain, and balance conditions through scheduled one-on-one treatment sessions and progress assessments. Coordinate closely with nursing and physicians to support discharge planning and contribute to community health in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. Split time between inpatient and outpatient settings to provide continuous care from early mobilization through long-term wellness.
