Job Summary
Review medical histories, assess patient movement, and develop individualized care plans for outpatient physical therapy services. Document progress and collaborate with healthcare professionals to help patients regain mobility and manage pain through hands-on therapy and exercise programs. This 13-week assignment in Murray, Kentucky includes 40 hours per week across 8-hour day shifts with a competitive pay rate of $2,132 per week. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Passing the NPTE
- Holding an active Kentucky PT license
- BLS(Copy needed)
- SSN Required

- 1 Reference in entire work history
- License
